  • David E. Moore

    David is a sixth-generation East Texan who began his career in the 1980s as an assistant district attorney in Gregg County. While there, he became the chief prosecutor for the 188th District Court and was named Narcotics Prosecutor of the Year for the North Texas Region. In 1991, David began representing defendants in criminal cases and has been consistently recognized by local and national news media outlets for his unyielding dedication to his clients.

  • Gregory A. Waldron

    Greg has been fighting for the rights of the accused since 1993, spending the first 13 years of his practice as an assistant federal defender. He has handled over 1000 federal cases during his career. In 2001, he was named Outstanding Assistant Federal Defender chosen nationwide based on a not guilty verdict received in an arson case where the accused was facing up to life in prison. He has been in private practice since 2006, handling both state and federal criminal matters, along with plaintiff’s personal injury claims.

  • Jason L. Parrish

    Jason began his legal career in 2003 as an assistant district attorney in Smith County, TX. He was quickly promoted and served as the lead felony prosecutor in each district court during his tenure. Jason tried well over 120 cases during his career as a prosecutor. Jason L. Parrish joined the law firm of Holmes & Moore, PLLC, in 2013. He quickly put his trial skills to use and obtained three not guilty verdicts during his first jury trial as a criminal defense lawyer for a client who was facing up to 130 years in prison if convicted. Jason L. Parrish is now a partner with Law Office of Holmes Moore Waldron & Parrish and is continuing to rigorously and successfully defend clients accused of crimes.
